Residency Malta

Residency Malta Agency is the Government entity tasked with managing and promoting three residency programmes for Third Country Nationals, including the Nomad Residence Permit – a one-year residency permit designed for non-EU digital nomads and remote workers who are location-independent and employed by companies registered outside of Malta. The permit can be renewed up to three times, allowing for a maximum stay of four years, provided the applicant continues to meet all eligibility and compliance requirements. Through this programme, digital nomads can benefit temporary residency in a safe, stable jurisdiction while experiencing the benefits of a Mediterranean lifestyle.
